With the return of Tadas Sedekerskis to training, all Bitci Baskonia players are available for Neven Spahija.
It has not been an easy season for Bitci Baskonia as last 3rd of February, 2022, was the first day that the entire squad trained together. With the return of Tadas Sedekerskis, out for covid last week, Neven Spahija already has at his disposal all the players of the team roster.
It has been a complicated year for the Vitoria’s squad, which did not have the full roster healthy or available since the start of the preseason in August. Absences due to national team commitments, long-term injuries, illnesses, and various setbacks have deprived Baskonia of being able to train as a complete team during the 2021-2022 season.
Throughout this week Spahija has been regaining players with the return of Alec Peters and Arturs Kurucs after overcoming the Covid-19. The last to return from isolation has been the Lithuanian Tadas Sedekerskis who is now available to train and regain the pace of competition.
With the addition of all these players, Bitci Baskonia faces the challenge of showing its best competitive version in the coming weeks in both the Endesa League and the EuroLeague.
