The point guard comes from SIG Strasbourg where last season they were the runner-up in the French League. He played a total of 182 games in the NBA for Dallas Mavericks from 2009 to 2013.
Beaubois is the third baskonista adding for 2016-17 season. The 28-years old playmaker (1.88 m) has reached an agreement with Saski Baskonia for the next two seasons.
The previous course he summed 16.2 points per game in the French League averaging 24 minutes, in a year that his latest team was the runner-up in the competition. His shooting percentage was 49% from the long range and 57.4% from the two-point FG. He also added a 88% from the free throw line.
This bolster means that he is the second point guard joining baskonista squad after Brazilian player Rafa Luz. Guadalupe-born player has been involved in the NBA Summer league which ended few days ago.
