10,038 spectators watched the match between Bitci Baskonia and Real Madrid live.
The Buesa Arena closed last Sunday the month of November with a height clash against Real Madrid in which the attendance record was registered this season in the Endesa League with 10,038 spectators in the stands. The Baskonia pavilion had not registered a higher entry for 678 days, in a Euroleague match against Khimki Moscow, in January 2020 before the Covid 19 pandemic broke out.
This figure represents the best attendance record of the 18 stadiums of the Endesa League during the eight days of competition played to date. 28% more spectators compared to the almost 7,800 at the Coliseum Burgos in the match against Morabanc Andorra on October 2.
The fans that populated the stands of the Buesa Arena, still at 80% of its capacity, could not experience Bitci Baskonia’s triumph over Real Madrid live but they enjoyed a great atmosphere.
