The new format introduced this season allows baskonistas fans to enjoy with their team at the Buesa Arena against the best 15 teams in Europe.
Laboral Kutxa Baskonia’s squad will start the competition at home facing Anadolu Efes Istanbul coached by Perasovic in October the 14th. Remain champion CSKA Moscow will also visit Vitoria on a Friday, scheduled for the 17th of March. Meanwhile, Basque-Country based team will close up Round Robin stage against Zalgiris Kaunas on April, 6.
Christmas time is expected to be exciting for baskonistas fans as the squad from Vitoria will square off F.C. Barcelona Lassa and Maccabi Fox Tel Aviv on December 21 and 29, while Unics Kazan will pay visit to the Buesa Arena on the ‘The Three Wise Men’ night.
It will take longer to have Real Madrid competing in Vitoria in this Round Robin stage. The last Liga Endesa champion will arrive at the Buesa on February 3.
Another implement by the Euroleague this season will be rounds with 2 games in the same week. Laboral Kutxa Baskonia will take on the following this preliminary stage: October 25-27 (Real Madrid & Olympiacos), November 15-17 (EA7 Emporio Armani Milan & Brose Bamberg), December 21-23 (F.C. Barcelona Lassa & Panathinaikos), January 24-26 (Crvena Zvezda Telekom & F.C. Barcelona Lassa) and March 21-23 (Brose Bamberg & Panathinaikos). This means that including Liga Endesa games fans will enjoy those dates with the team three times a week.
Thirty games in total for Laboral Kutxa Baskonia. Fifteen of them will be played at our home, including seven games on Thursday and six of them on Friday. There will also be two more clashes taken placed on Tuesday and Wednesday respectively.
