Baskonia adds the veteran Greek center Ioannis Bourousis, which comes from winning all the titles with Real Madrid
Laboral Kutxa Baskonia has acquired the services of the experienced Greek center, Ioannis Bourousis, international with his country accumulates over 200 games in the top European competition and has been proclaimed champion of the Euroleague
Ioannis Bourousis has reached an agreement with Laboral Kutxa Baskonia for the 2015-16 season. The international Greek, 2.10 meters tall, comes from disputing the Eurobasket with the Greek National Team where he averaged 11.1 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game.
With 31 years (17/11//1983) and 210 cm tall, the center born in Karditsa has extensive experience in Europe, with a total of 222 games in the continental elite, after having played for historical teams such as AEK Athens, Olympiakos, Emporio Armani Milano and finally with Real Madrid, where he was proclaimed champion of the Supercup, King´s Cup, Endesa League and Euroleague, all of it last season.
During this year, the Greek center has disputed the Eurobasket with his National Team and comes as a current champion of the Turkish Airlines Euroleague.
