Laboral Kutxa launches the second charity auction in which fans will have the opportunity to get a ONE Team shirt signed by one of their favorite players. Funds raised will go entirely to finance the project ONE Team Euroleague by 5 + 11 Foundation in collaboration with Gizarterako association.
Starting tomorrow Laboral Kutxa will auction the uniforms worn by the team in the victory at the Buesa Arena against Olympiacos during the regular phase of the Turkish Airlines Euroleague. The funds will go entirely to finance the ONE Team project, an initiative that is being developed by the Club this season through the 5 + 11 Foundation in collaboration with Gizarterako association. The objective of the project is to use basketball as a tool for fostering the integration of kids and youngsters at risk of social exclusion.
The players already showed their compromise with the fostering of basketball as a tool for integration by giving up putting their names on their shirts during that solidary game. Those shirts they wore will be auctioned throughout the following weeks. Eleven shirts signed by the player that first wore it.
The auction will be conducted through the online sales platform www.ebay.com. In order to bid you must be registered on Ebay. In our web page ww.tiendabknda.com users will find a direct link to the auction. The starting price of each shirt is 50 euros. Every week two shirts signed by two different players will be auctioned. No bidding limit set, in the moment a higher bid is placed, the previous bidders will receive a notification on their email. Whoever places the highest bid before the deadline for each auction will take home a unique and exclusive piece signed by his favorite player
They will be able to pick up the jerseys at no cost at the Official Baskonia-Alaves Store (St. General Alava, 1) or receive it at home within 72 hours with an additional shipping charge of 7.25 euros or within 24 hours for 10.88 euros.
